I really am sorry for whatever that intro was, but I didn't know how to start this. I think the best way I could sum up Sonic Frontiers is with a series of joyful high pitched screams with heavy gasps in between, followed by images of me on the floor vigorously shaking the game box at you. Play it! Play it! That’s how this makes me feel. Sonic as a series has a track record of just throwing any old idea at the wall and seeing if it will stick. This leads to the series being mocked for inconsistency. In fact the one thing that I can be sure of with every new Sonic release is that it’s going to surprise me.Įach game is like one of those mystery toy packages in the mall, you never know what you’re gonna get.
